File Format
To match your own list of names against a reference database, your file needs
to be a plain text file in one of the following formats:
a) containing the names:
NAME
NAME
NAME
Example:
Glucose
Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate
2-Propylpentanoate
(9z,11e)-octadecadienoate
or b) containing tab-delimited IDs and names:
ID TAB NAME
ID TAB NAME
Example:
001 Glucose
002 Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate
003 2-Propylpentanoate
004 (9z,11e)-octadecadienoate
