Europe PMC links to SABIO-RK

04-25-2019

Publications in Europe PMC are linked to corresponding data in SABIO-RK

Each publication for which data are inserted in the SABIO-RK database and which is listed in Europe PMC contains a cross reference from Europe PMC in "External Links" to the corresponding SABIO-RK data.

The full list of publications with data in SABIO-RK can be searched by https://europepmc.org/search?query=(LABS_PUBS:1914) .

SABIO-RK in PubMed LinkOut

01-09-2019

SABIO-RK is listed as a resource in PubMed LinkOut

Now each publication inserted into SABIO-RK and listed in PubMed contains a cross reference in PubMed "LinkOut - more resources" to the corresponding SABIO-RK entries. By searching PubMed with the query https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=loprovsabiork[SB] all publications for which we have data in SABIO-RK are listed.

COMBINE - de.NBI Tutorial: Modelling and Simulation Tools in Systems Biology

Dates: Sunday, October 27th, 2018
Location: Lyon, France
Website: http://co.mbine.org/events/tutorial2018

This tutorial workshop is a satellite of the 19th International Conference on Systems Biology (ICSB). Participants will learn how to set up computer models of biological systems (e.g. metabolic or signalling networks) using experimental kinetic data and how to simulate them in different systems biology platforms. Hands-on sessions, lectures and software demonstrations will be included, providing attendees with the necessary skills to access experimental kinetics data from available resources, to assemble computer models with these data, and finally to simulate the generated models using simulation tools. Also handling and exchange of biological models based on existing community standards will be dem onstrated along with the basic principles of the underlying standard formats
